About the Ray-Ban RB8772D
The Ray-Ban RB8772D is a full rim pillow-shaped frame made from titanium metal. This women's frame features regular hinges and a construction suited to those who prefer metal eyewear.
Available in two sizes: 54-18-145 with a 37mm lens height, and 56-18-145 with a 38mm lens height. The lens width of 54mm to 56mm is wide, while the 18mm bridge is average for frames of this lens width, and the 145mm temples are standard length. To determine fit, compare these measurements to the numbers printed on the inside of your current glasses.

Which size should I choose, 54 or 56?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 53–55 mm take the 54; if it is 55–57 mm take the 56.
Is the RB8772D good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 37 mm in the 54 and 38 mm in the 56. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What is the difference between RX8772D and RB8772D?
Nothing in the frame. One is the engraved code and the other is Luxottica's catalogue code for the prescription version. We list both so it matches your optician's paperwork.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
