About the LaVie Eyewear LAVIE2146
The LaVie Eyewear LAVIE2146 is a full rim cat eye frame designed for women. The cat eye shape features upswept outer corners that draw attention to the cheekbones and temples.
This frame measures 52-16-140 mm (lens width-bridge width-temple length). The 52 mm lens width is on the narrow side of regular, while the 16 mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with glasses you already own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the LAVIE2146?
It comes in one size, 52-16-140. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 50–54 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the LAVIE2146 good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What colors does the LAVIE2146 come in?
It is offered in 2 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
