The Perry Ellis PE493 is a rectangular plastic frame with a full rim design. Made for men, this frame features spring hinges that allow the temples to flex outward for improved comfort and durability.

It comes in one size, 55-17-140. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 53–57 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the PE493 good for progressive lenses?

What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
