About the NIKE1001Y
The NIKE1001Y features a rectangle shape in plastic acetate construction with a full rim design. This unisex frame suits those who prefer a classic rectangular silhouette with complete lens enclosure.
Available in two sizes: 53-17-140 with a 35mm lens height, and 55-17-140 with a 37mm lens height. The lens widths of 53mm and 55mm provide a regular fit, while the 17mm bridge is average for these lens widths. To compare with your current glasses, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.

Which size should I choose, 53 or 55?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 52–54 mm take the 53; if it is 54–56 mm take the 55.
Is the NIKE1001Y good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 35 mm in the 53 and 37 mm in the 55. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
