About the Nike 5063

The Nike 5063 is a men's rectangular frame made from acetate plastic in a full rim design. Spring hinges provide flexibility and durability for everyday wear.

This frame comes in two sizes: 50-16-135 with a 38mm lens height, and 52-16-135 with a 40mm lens height. The lens width of 50mm to 52mm is on the narrow side of regular, while the 16mm bridge is average for this lens width. The 135mm temples are short, so if your current glasses have longer temples, these will sit closer to your head.

Which size should I choose, 50 or 52?

Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 49–51 mm take the 50; if it is 51–53 mm take the 52.

Is the 5063 good for progressive lenses?

The lens height is 38 mm in the 50 and 40 mm in the 52. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

What are spring hinges?

A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
