About the London Fog LF520
The London Fog LF520 features a rectangular metal frame with a semi-rimless design, where the lenses are held along the top portion while the bottom remains open. Spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for additional comfort. This unisex frame suits those who prefer a lightweight, understated rectangular shape.
This frame comes in one size: 55-18-145mm. The 55mm lens width is a regular fit, and the 18mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with glasses you already own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple—these measurements will be similar if your current frames are also a regular fit.

It comes in one size, 55-18-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 53–57 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the LF520 good for progressive lenses?

What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
