About the Burberry BE1398
The Burberry BE1398 is a cat eye frame made from metal with a full rim design. This women's style features regular hinges and suits those drawn to the angular, upswept lines characteristic of cat eye shapes.
This frame comes in two sizes: 54-17-140 with a lens height of 45mm, and 56-17-140 with a lens height of 47mm. The lens width of 54mm to 56mm is wide, while the 17mm bridge is average for frames in this lens width range, and the 140mm temples are standard length. To compare with glasses you currently own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.

Which size should I choose, 54 or 56?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 53–55 mm take the 54; if it is 55–57 mm take the 56.
Is the BE1398 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 45 mm in the 54 and 47 mm in the 56. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What colors does the BE1398 come in?

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
