About the Ray-Ban RB2221V
The Ray-Ban RB2221V is a full rim oval frame made from propionate plastic with regular hinges. This women's frame has a classic oval shape that suits those who prefer traditional eyewear styling.
Available in two sizes: 51-18-145 with a lens height of 33mm, and 53-18-145 with a lens height of 35mm. The lens width of 51mm to 53mm provides a regular fit, while the 18mm bridge is average for frames of this lens width. The 145mm temple length is standard, comparable to what you'll find on most eyeglasses you already own.

Which size should I choose, 51 or 53?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 50–52 mm take the 51; if it is 52–54 mm take the 53.
Is the RB2221V good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 33 mm in the 51 and 35 mm in the 53. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What is the difference between RX2221V and RB2221V?
Nothing in the frame. One is the engraved code and the other is Luxottica's catalogue code for the prescription version. We list both so it matches your optician's paperwork.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
