About the SYNQ SY1001XL
The SYNQ SY1001XL is a men's rectangular frame made from metal with a full rim design and regular hinges. The rectangular shape suits angular face shapes and those who prefer structured, defined lines.
This frame measures 60-18-150 mm (lens width-bridge-temple length) with a lens height of 39 mm. The 60 mm lens width is very wide, suitable for larger faces, while the 18 mm bridge is average for this lens width. The 150 mm temples are long. If your current glasses feel too narrow across the front or the temples don't extend far enough, this frame offers more coverage.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the SY1001XL?
It comes in one size, 60-18-150. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 58–62 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the SY1001XL good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 39 mm. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What colors does the SY1001XL come in?
It is offered in 3 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
