About the Lacoste L4028
The Lacoste L4028 is a men's rectangular frame with a full rim construction made from injected ultem material. The rectangular shape provides structured, angular lines suited to men seeking a classic frame profile.
This frame comes in two sizes: 55-14-145 with a 39 mm lens height, and 57-14-145 with a 40 mm lens height. The lens width of 55 mm to 57 mm is wide, while the 14 mm bridge is narrow for frames with this lens width, meaning the lenses sit closer together than typical wide frames. If your current glasses have a wider bridge, these will position closer to your nose.

Which size should I choose, 55 or 57?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 54–56 mm take the 55; if it is 56–58 mm take the 57.
Is the L4028 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 39 mm in the 55 and 40 mm in the 57. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
