About the Coach HC6272U
The Coach HC6272U is a square-shaped women's frame made from acetate with a full rim design and regular hinges. The square shape provides structured angles that complement rounded or oval face shapes.
This frame is available in two sizes: 50-19-140 with a lens height of 40 mm, and 52-19-140 with a lens height of 41 mm. The lens width of 50 mm to 52 mm falls on the narrow side of regular, while the 19 mm bridge is average for this lens width and the 140 mm temples are standard length. If your current glasses feel too wide across the front, these narrower lenses may provide a better fit.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size should I choose, 50 or 52?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 49–51 mm take the 50; if it is 51–53 mm take the 52.
Is the HC6272U good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 40 mm in the 50 and 41 mm in the 52. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What colors does the HC6272U come in?
It is offered in 3 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
