About the Ray-Ban RB5535
The Ray-Ban RB5535 is a square-shaped frame made from acetate with full rims. This unisex style works for those who prefer angular frames with complete lens coverage.
Available in two sizes: 51-20-150 (lens height 44 mm) and 53-20-150 (lens height 46 mm). The lens width of 51mm to 53mm provides a regular fit, while the 20mm bridge is wide for frames of this lens width, sitting farther from the nose than most glasses in this size range. The 150mm temples are long, extending farther back than standard length temples.

Which size should I choose, 51 or 53?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 50–52 mm take the 51; if it is 52–54 mm take the 53.
Is the RB5535 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 44 mm in the 51 and 46 mm in the 53. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What is the difference between RB5535 and RX5535?
Nothing in the frame. One is the engraved code and the other is Luxottica's catalogue code for the prescription version. We list both so it matches your optician's paperwork.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
