About the Michael Kors MK4171U
The Michael Kors MK4171U is a full rim cat eye frame made from injected material. This women's style features the upswept corners characteristic of cat eye shapes.
Available in two sizes: 49-16-140 with a lens height of 36 mm, and 54-16-140 with a lens height of 39 mm. The lens widths of 49 mm and 54 mm provide a regular fit, while the 16 mm bridge is average for frames of this lens width. The 140 mm temples are standard length, comparable to most eyeglasses you likely already own.

Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 48–50 mm take the 49; if it is 53–55 mm take the 54.
Is the MK4171U good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 36 mm in the 49 and 39 mm in the 54. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
