The Michael Kors MK4173U is a rectangular acetate frame with a full rim design, made for men. The rectangular shape works well for those with round or oval face shapes, providing structure and definition.
This frame comes in two sizes: 54-18-140 with a lens height of 35 mm, and 56-18-145 with a lens height of 36 mm. The lens width of 54 mm to 56 mm is wide, while the 18 mm bridge is average for frames of this lens width. If your current glasses have a lens width under 52 mm, these will feel noticeably wider on your face.

Which size should I choose, 54 or 56?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 53–55 mm take the 54; if it is 55–57 mm take the 56.
Is the MK4173U good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 35 mm in the 54 and 36 mm in the 56. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
