About the Burberry BE2471U
The Burberry BE2471U is a square-shaped women's frame made from injected material with a full rim construction. The square shape works well for those with round or oval face shapes seeking more angular definition.
This frame comes in two sizes: 51-17-140 with a 42mm lens height, and 53-17-140 with a 44mm lens height. The lens width of 51mm to 53mm provides a regular fit, while the 17mm bridge is average for frames in this size range. To compare with glasses you already own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple—these measurements follow the same lens-bridge-temple format.

Which size should I choose, 51 or 53?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 50–52 mm take the 51; if it is 52–54 mm take the 53.
Is the BE2471U good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 42 mm in the 51 and 44 mm in the 53. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
