About the Konishi KS1710
The Konishi KS1710 is a men's metal frame made from stainless steel. This frame suits those who prefer the durability and clean lines that metal construction provides.
The measurements are 53-19-145 mm with a lens height of 44 mm. The 53 mm lens width offers a regular fit, while the 19 mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with your current glasses, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the KS1710?
It comes in one size, 53-19-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 51–55 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the KS1710 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 44 mm. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What colors does the KS1710 come in?
It is offered in 4 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
