About the Smart S2705
The Smart S2705 is a women's plastic frame with spring hinges for flexibility and comfort. The plastic construction offers durability for everyday wear.
This frame measures 50-17-140 mm with a lens height of 35 mm. The 50 mm lens width falls on the narrow side of regular, and the 17 mm bridge is average for this lens size, making this frame best suited for small to medium faces. If your current glasses measure around 50 mm across the lens, this frame will fit similarly.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the S2705?
It comes in one size, 50-17-140. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 48–52 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the S2705 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 35 mm. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
