This frame measures 53-15-145: the 53mm lens width is a regular size that fits most faces, the 15mm bridge is narrow for this lens width and sits closer on the nose, and the 145mm temples are standard length. If you're comparing to your current glasses, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple—if your bridge measurement is larger than 15mm, these will fit more snugly across your nose.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
