About the STEVE MADDEN GOBI
The STEVE MADDEN GOBI is a full rim acetate frame designed for kids, featuring spring hinges for flexibility and durability. The construction provides complete lens coverage around the perimeter.
Available in two sizes: 48-15-130 with a lens height of 39 mm, and 50-15-130 with a lens height of 39 mm. The lens width of 48mm to 50mm falls on the narrow side of regular, while the 15mm bridge is narrow for this lens width, and the 130mm temples are short. If your child's current glasses have wider lenses, a broader bridge, or longer temples, these will fit smaller.

Frequently asked questions
Which size should I choose, 48 or 50?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 47–49 mm take the 48; if it is 49–51 mm take the 50.
Is the GOBI good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 39 mm. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
