About the STEVE MADDEN XYLO

The STEVE MADDEN XYLO is a full rim acetate frame designed for kids. Spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for added durability and comfort during active wear.

This frame comes in one size: 51-16-140 mm, with a lens height of 36 mm. The 51 mm lens width falls on the narrow side of regular, while the 16 mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with glasses you already own, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple—these measurements will tell you how this frame differs in size.

Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.

Frequently asked questions

Which size is the XYLO?

It comes in one size, 51-16-140. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 49–53 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.

Is the XYLO good for progressive lenses?

The lens height is 36 mm. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

What are spring hinges?

A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
