About the Bocci Eyewear 147
The Bocci Eyewear 147 is a full rim plastic frame designed for women. The frame includes spring hinges, which allow the temples to flex outward for additional comfort and durability.
This frame is available in two sizes: 50-16-135 and 52-16-140. The lens width of 50mm to 52mm falls on the narrow side of regular, and the 16mm bridge is average for frames with this lens width. To compare with glasses you already own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple—these measurements will help you determine how the Bocci Eyewear 147 will fit relative to your current frames.

Which size should I choose, 50 or 52?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 49–51 mm take the 50; if it is 51–53 mm take the 52.
Is the 147 good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
