About the Urban 130
The Urban 130 is a men's full rim plastic frame with spring hinges. The full rim construction fully encircles the lenses, and the spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for a more forgiving fit.
This frame measures 54-17-145: a lens width of 54mm, bridge width of 17mm, and temple length of 145mm. The 54mm lens width provides a regular fit, while the 17mm bridge is average for this lens width. What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
