About the Smilen Elite 46
The Smilen Elite 46 is a men's rectangular frame constructed from stainless steel in a full rim design. Spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for added durability and comfort.
This frame measures 58-19-148: a wide 58mm lens width, a 19mm bridge (average for this lens width), and long 148mm temples. The wide lenses provide substantial coverage, while the average bridge sits normally on most noses. To compare with glasses you own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple.

It comes in one size, 58-19-148. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 56–60 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the 46 good for progressive lenses?

What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
