About the CAT CHUCK

The CAT CHUCK is a full rim frame designed for men. The spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for a more forgiving fit.

This frame comes in one size: 54-17-140, measured in millimeters for lens width, bridge width, and temple length. The 54mm lens width provides a regular fit, while the 17mm bridge is average for this lens width. You can compare these measurements to your current glasses to determine how this frame will fit you.

Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.

Frequently asked questions

Which size is the CHUCK?

It comes in one size, 54-17-140. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 52–56 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.

Is the CHUCK good for progressive lenses?

Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.

What are spring hinges?

A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
