About the Perry Ellis PE397
The Perry Ellis PE397 is a semi-rimless rectangle frame designed for men. The rectangular shape provides structured lines, while the semi-rimless construction reduces visual weight. Spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for accommodation.
This frame comes in one size: 55-18-145mm. The 55mm lens width is a regular fit, and the 18mm bridge is average for this lens width, suitable for most nose widths. To compare with your current glasses, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple—these measurements will be similar if your glasses fit comfortably.

It comes in one size, 55-18-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 53–57 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the PE397 good for progressive lenses?

What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
