About the 4U US93

The 4U US93 is a full rim unisex frame with spring hinges. The full rim construction encircles the lenses completely, and the spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for added comfort and durability.

This frame comes in two sizes: 45-18-130 and 48-18-135. The lens width measures 45mm to 48mm, which is narrow, and the 18mm bridge is average for lenses of this width. Compare these measurements to a pair of glasses that fits you well—measure the lens width and bridge on your current frames to determine which size will work better for you.

Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.

Frequently asked questions

Which size should I choose, 45 or 48?

Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 44–46 mm take the 45; if it is 47–49 mm take the 48.

Is the US93 good for progressive lenses?

Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.

What are spring hinges?

A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
