About the Jill Stuart JS388
The Jill Stuart JS388 is a full rim rectangular frame designed for women. The rectangle shape provides structured, defined lines that complement a variety of face shapes. Spring hinges offer flexible, comfortable wear.
This frame measures 50-19-135 mm (lens width-bridge width-temple length). The 50 mm lens width falls on the narrow side of regular, suitable for small to medium faces, while the 19 mm bridge is average for this lens width. The 135 mm temples are short compared to standard lengths—if your current glasses have longer temples, these will sit closer to your head.

Which size is the JS388?
It comes in one size, 50-19-135. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 48–52 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the JS388 good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
