The Tuscany 688 is a men's aviator frame made from titanium metal in a full rim construction. The aviator shape suits those who prefer a classic pilot-style look, and the spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for improved comfort.
This frame comes in one size: 54-17-145, measured in millimeters for lens width, bridge width, and temple length. The 54mm lens width provides a regular fit, while the 17mm bridge is average for this lens size. What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
