About the Capri UP 308
The Capri UP 308, from the 4U line, is a women's full-rim frame in plastic with spring hinges for a comfortable, flexible fit. It is offered in three two-tone colors: Black Blue, Black Red and Blue Grey. A Capri Optics case is included.
It comes in one size, 54-18-145 with a lens height of 39.8 mm, which gives a good progressive corridor.

Which size is the UP 308?
It comes in one size, 54-18-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 52–56 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the UP 308 good for progressive lenses?
Yes. A lens height of 39.8 mm is above the roughly 30 mm that labs ask for, so distance, intermediate and reading zones all fit.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
