About the Ray-Ban RB7199
The Ray-Ban RB7199 is a square-shaped frame made from plastic with a full rim construction. The unisex design and square shape work well for those with round or oval face shapes, providing angular contrast.
This frame comes in three sizes: 52-18-145 with a 41mm lens height, 54-18-145 with a 43mm lens height, and 56-18-150 with a 44mm lens height. The lens widths from 52mm to 56mm are wide, while the 18mm bridge is average for frames in this lens width range. To compare with your current glasses, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple—these measurements will help you determine which size matches your fit preferences.

Which size should I choose?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses and take the closest one: 52, 54 or 56.
Is the RB7199 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 41 mm in the 52, 43 mm in the 54 and 44 mm in the 56. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What is the difference between RX7199 and RB7199?
Nothing in the frame. One is the engraved code and the other is Luxottica's catalogue code for the prescription version. We list both so it matches your optician's paperwork.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
