About the 4U UP321
The 4U UP321 is a full rim women's frame with spring hinges. The full rim construction provides complete lens enclosure and durability, while the spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for improved comfort and fit adjustment.
This frame measures 49-22-145 (lens width 49mm, bridge width 22mm, temple length 145mm). The 49mm lens width falls on the narrow side of regular, and the 22mm bridge is wide for this lens width, which means the frame will sit farther from your face than other glasses with 49mm lenses. The 145mm temple length is standard. To compare with glasses you already own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.

Which size is the UP321?
It comes in one size, 49-22-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 47–51 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the UP321 good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
