About the Affordable Designs KOSTA

The Affordable Designs KOSTA is a full rim rectangular frame designed for women. The spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for additional comfort and durability.

This frame comes in one size: 56-15-145 (lens width, bridge width, temple length in millimeters). The 56mm lens width is wide, providing substantial coverage, while the 15mm bridge is narrow for this lens width, meaning it sits closer at the nose than many frames with similarly wide lenses. Compare these measurements to a pair you currently own to determine fit.

Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.

Frequently asked questions

Which size is the KOSTA?

It comes in one size, 56-15-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 54–58 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.

Is the KOSTA good for progressive lenses?

Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.

What are spring hinges?

A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
