About the AirMag A6263
The AirMag A6263 is a full rim frame designed for men. Spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for a more forgiving fit.
This frame measures 56-16-145: a wide 56mm lens width, a 16mm bridge that is average for this lens width, and a standard 145mm temple length. The wide lens width means this frame will fit larger faces than most styles. If your current glasses feel narrow across the front, this wider lens may provide a better fit.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the A6263?
It comes in one size, 56-16-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 54–58 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the A6263 good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
First pair of progressive lenses and after much research went with Omnilux nal lenses. They are fantastic and it is true there was virtually no transition period. Also, working with Walter was amazing. So responsive. Excellent, efficient customer service. I highly recommend and will be ordering more frames and lenses for myself and my wife.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
