About the Capri Renaissance
The Capri Renaissance, from the Versailles line, is a unisex semi-rimless metal frame: the top of each lens is held by a thin metal rim and the bottom is left open, which keeps the frame light and unobtrusive. Spring hinges add comfort.
It comes in 54-19-140 (lens height 33.6 mm) and 56-19-145 (35.6 mm), with a 19 mm bridge. Colors are Coffee, Gold and Gunmetal. A Capri Optics case is included.

Frequently asked questions
Which size should I choose, 54 or 56?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 53–55 mm take the 54; if it is 55–57 mm take the 56, which also has the longer 145 mm temples.
What does semi-rimless mean?
A thin metal rim holds the top of the lens and the bottom edge is held by a fine cord, so the frame looks lighter than a full-rim style.
Is the Renaissance good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Lens heights of 33.6–35.6 mm clear the roughly 30 mm that labs ask for, though the reading zone is smaller than in a taller frame.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
