About the Capri SL101
The Capri SL101 is a square-shaped frame made from titanium metal in a full rim design. The unisex styling suits those who prefer geometric frames, and the spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for added comfort.
This frame comes in one size: 55-15-145, with a lens height of 42mm. The 55mm lens width provides a regular fit, while the 15mm bridge is narrow for this lens width, sitting closer on the nose than many frames with 55mm lenses. The 145mm temple length is standard. It comes in one size, 55-15-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 53–57 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the SL101 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 42 mm. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
