About the Capri SL102
The Capri SL102 is a rectangle-shaped frame made from titanium metal in a full rim design. The unisex styling and metal construction suit wearers looking for a structured, traditional frame shape. Spring hinges provide flexibility at the temples.
This frame comes in one size: 55-17-145, with a lens height of 36mm. The 55mm lens width offers a regular fit, while the 17mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with your current glasses, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple—these measurements will tell you how this frame differs from what you already wear.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the SL102?
It comes in one size, 55-17-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 53–57 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the SL102 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 36 mm. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
