About the Capri T17

The Capri T17 is a full rim plastic frame designed for kids. It features spring hinges that allow the temples to flex outward for added durability and comfort during active wear.

This frame comes in one size: 45-18-135 mm (lens width-bridge-temple length), with a lens height of 21 mm. The 45 mm lens width is narrow, and the 18 mm bridge is average for this lens width, while the 135 mm temples are short. Is the T17 good for progressive lenses?

The lens height is 21 mm. That is shallow, so single vision is recommended in this frame. Please ask us before ordering progressive or multifocal lenses.

What are spring hinges?

A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
