About the Dolce&Gabbana DG5112
The Dolce&Gabbana DG5112 is a full-rim rectangle frame made from injected material. The rectangular shape works well for those with round or oval face shapes, providing structure and definition.
This frame is available in two sizes: 53-17-145 with a lens height of 38 mm, and 55-17-145 with a lens height of 39 mm. The lens width of 53 mm to 55 mm provides a regular fit, while the 17 mm bridge is average for frames of this lens width. If you currently wear glasses with similar measurements, this frame should fit comparably.

Which size should I choose, 53 or 55?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 52–54 mm take the 53; if it is 54–56 mm take the 55.
Is the DG5112 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 38 mm in the 53 and 39 mm in the 55. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
