About the Flexon J4016
The Flexon J4016 is a full rim frame designed for kids with regular hinges. The full rim construction provides complete lens enclosure for durability during daily wear.
This frame measures 46-20-130 mm (lens-bridge-temple). The 46 mm lens width is narrow, suitable for smaller faces, while the 20 mm bridge is wide for this lens width, positioning the lenses farther apart. The 130 mm temples are short. Compare these measurements to glasses that currently fit well to determine compatibility.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the J4016?
It comes in one size, 46-20-130. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 44–48 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the J4016 good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What colors does the J4016 come in?
It is offered in 4 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
