About the Ray-Ban RB8901
The Ray-Ban RB8901 is a square-shaped frame made from plastic with a full rim design. This men's frame offers the structured look characteristic of square frames.
Available in two sizes: 53-17-145 with a lens height of 33mm, and 55-17-145 with a lens height of 34mm. The lens width of 53mm to 55mm provides a regular fit, while the 17mm bridge is average for frames of this lens width. To compare with glasses you currently own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses. Ray-Ban case included; one-year warranty against manufacturer's defects.
Frequently asked questions
Which size should I choose, 53 or 55?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 52–54 mm take the 53; if it is 54–56 mm take the 55.
Is the RB8901 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 33 mm in the 53 and 34 mm in the 55. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What is the difference between RX8901 and RB8901?
Nothing in the frame. One is the engraved code and the other is Luxottica's catalogue code for the prescription version. We list both so it matches your optician's paperwork.

I received them a short time ago, but I am very satisfied with the product. I love the style. The carbon fiber temples and perfect lenses.
