About the Konishi KS1706
The Konishi KS1706 is a men's rectangular frame made from stainless steel metal in a full rim construction. The rectangular shape suits angular and oval face shapes, offering structured lines and complete lens coverage.
This frame measures 56-17-145 mm, with a lens height of 39 mm. The 56 mm lens width is wide, providing substantial coverage, while the 17 mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with your current glasses, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions

Is the KS1706 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 39 mm. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What colors does the KS1706 come in?
It is offered in 4 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
