About the Konishi KT5559

The Konishi KT5559 is a men's full-rim metal frame from the Konishi Pure-Titanium line by Clariti Eyewear. Titanium is light, strong and resistant to corrosion, which makes it a good choice for a frame you wear all day. Spring hinges add comfort at the temples.

It comes in one size, 58-17-145 (lens height 45 mm), a larger fit with a generous lens that leaves a full progressive corridor. Colors are Antique Brown, Brushed Gunmetal and Gunmetal.

Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses. One-year warranty against manufacturer's defects.

Frequently asked questions

What size is the KT5559?

58 mm lens width, 17 mm bridge and 145 mm temples. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 56–60, this size will fit.

Is the KT5559 good for progressive lenses?

Yes. The 45 mm lens height is well above the roughly 30 mm that labs ask for, so distance, intermediate and reading zones all fit.

Why choose a titanium frame?

Titanium is lightweight and strong, and it does not corrode, so it suits people who want a frame that is comfortable for long hours and lasts.
