About the Konishi KT5568

The Konishi KT5568 is a semi-rimless frame designed for men and equipped with spring hinges for flexibility. The semi-rimless construction reduces visual weight while the spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for durability and comfort.

This frame measures 52-19-140: a 52mm lens width, 19mm bridge, and 140mm temples. The 52mm lens width falls on the narrow side of regular, suitable for small to medium faces, while the 19mm bridge is average for this lens width. Compare these measurements to your current glasses to determine fit.

Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.

Frequently asked questions

Which size is the KT5568?

It comes in one size, 52-19-140. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 50–54 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.

Is the KT5568 good for progressive lenses?

Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.

What are spring hinges?

A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
