About the Lacoste L2903LB
The Lacoste L2903LB is a men's rectangular frame made from acetate plastic in a full rim design. The frame includes spring hinges for flexibility and durability. This rectangular shape works well for those with round or oval face shapes.
This frame comes in one size: 51-19-145 mm, with a lens height of 42 mm. The 51 mm lens width falls on the narrow side of regular, while the 19 mm bridge is average for this lens width, and the 145 mm temples are standard length. If your current glasses have lenses around 53-54 mm wide, these will fit slightly more compactly on your face.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the L2903LB?
It comes in one size, 51-19-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 49–53 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the L2903LB good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 42 mm. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
