About the Lacoste L3669
The Lacoste L3669 is a full-rim rectangular frame made from plastic with spring hinges. This men's frame has a classic rectangular shape that suits those who prefer traditional styling.
Available in two sizes: 46-16-140 with a lens height of 37 mm, and 49-17-140 with a lens height of 39 mm. The lens width of 46 mm to 49 mm falls on the narrow side of regular, and the 16 mm bridge is average for frames in this lens width range. If your current glasses have lenses around 52 mm or wider, these will fit noticeably smaller.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size should I choose, 46 or 49?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 45–47 mm take the 46; if it is 48–50 mm take the 49.
Is the L3669 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 37 mm in the 46 and 39 mm in the 49. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
