About the London Fog LF517

The London Fog LF517 is a full rim rectangular frame designed for women. The spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for additional comfort and durability.

This frame comes in one size: 56-16-145mm. The 56mm lens width is wide, providing substantial coverage, while the 16mm bridge is average for a frame of this lens width. To compare with glasses you already own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple.

Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.

Frequently asked questions

Which size is the LF517?

It comes in one size, 56-16-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 54–58 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.

Is the LF517 good for progressive lenses?

Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.

What are spring hinges?

A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
