About the London Fog LF527
The London Fog LF527 is a men's frame designed with regular proportions. This frame works for those seeking standard sizing without oversized or compact styling.
This frame measures 53mm lens width, 16mm bridge width, and 145mm temple length. The 53mm lens width provides a regular fit that covers the eye area without extending widely, while the 16mm bridge sits at an average width for this lens size. Compare these measurements to a pair of glasses that currently fits you well to determine whether this frame will work similarly.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the LF527?
It comes in one size, 53-16-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 51–55 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the LF527 good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What colors does the LF527 come in?
It is offered in 2 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
