About the Maxx Eyewear BO
The Maxx Eyewear BO is a semi-rimless rectangle frame designed for women. The rectangular lens shape with an open bottom gives a lighter appearance while maintaining structure across the top of the frame, and spring hinges provide flexible wear.
This frame comes in one size: 57-15-145 (lens width 57mm, bridge 15mm, temple 145mm). The 57mm lens width is wide, offering substantial coverage, while the 15mm bridge is narrow for this lens width, meaning the frame sits closer at the nose than most glasses with lenses this wide. To compare with your current glasses, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple.

Which size is the BO?
It comes in one size, 57-15-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 55–59 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the BO good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
