About the Michael Kors MK4159U
The Michael Kors MK4159U is a square-shaped men's frame made from acetate with a full rim construction. The square shape works well for those with round or oval face shapes, providing angular contrast.
This frame comes in one size: 57-16-145 mm, with a lens height of 43 mm. The 57 mm lens width is wide, offering substantial coverage, while the 16 mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with glasses you currently own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple—these measurements will be larger in lens width than most standard frames.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the MK4159U?
It comes in one size, 57-16-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 55–59 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the MK4159U good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 43 mm. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What colors does the MK4159U come in?
It is offered in 2 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
