About the New Balance NBRX01
The New Balance NBRX01 is a men's frame. With its narrow lens width, this frame works well for those with smaller facial features.
This frame measures 48mm (lens width), 16mm (bridge), and 112mm (temple length). The 48mm lens width is narrow, suitable for smaller faces, while the 16mm bridge is average for this lens size. The 112mm temples are short, so if your current glasses have longer temples, these will sit closer to your head.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the NBRX01?
It comes in one size, 48-16-112. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 46–50 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the NBRX01 good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What colors does the NBRX01 come in?
It is offered in 2 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
